Windeyer workshop at 'The Corner' St. James Town

In early June we had the distinct pleasure of joining the Craft Social group at ‘The Corner’ - a community centre in Toronto’s St. James Town neighbourhood. We volunteered to lead a free introductory workshop to share the basics of natural dyeing with a group of crafting enthusiasts, many of whom are new to Canada. It was a real pleasure to meet the participants, who welcomed us with open arms (literally!) and demonstrated great enthusiasm and skill. We hope to come back later in the summer when our dye garden is bursting with flowers to lead a workshop on flower-dyeing!
